Personal Call Control
A personal number is a number that you own for life that will be delivered to any mobile or landline number of your choice. Personal Numbers are virtual numbers so calls made to your existing mobile number will continue to get through, allowing you to roll out the new number as and when your stationary/printing changes.
You can change the number to which it delivers in Real Time, by logging onto our Secure Website, inputting a password and then typing in the new target number. That means, if you are unavailable for meetings or on holiday, you can always move the number to colleague's phone.
By using a one of our unique Personal Numbers, you will automatically have access (via the secure, password protected website) to call statistics that will enable to you to monitor exactly how many calls are made to your number, how many didn't get through and the reason why (eg No Reply/Engaged,) how many times a caller tried your number and the actual telephone number of the caller (even those that didn't get through when your phone was turned off or engaged.
